So where is MH370?
It has been 10 days since the flight MH370 has gone missing and it has been one of the most interesting event that I’ve seen in my time and has enough events and entertainment to make a movie out of it. This has being one of those rare stories that made me follow this story almost reading every article with new information.
Today I got the chance to read 3 very interesting theories regarding the MH370 flight. Plus there are some grave security issues that hopefully might get fixed in the future to avoid such things.
- One is that the flight flew 1500 meters to avoid being detected by radar.
- The flight traveled under a shadow of another Boeing 777.
- There might have been a fire at the cabin that caused the plane to crash.
The first one is that the flight traveled at 1500m to avoid being detected by radar, travelling at low altitudes is used mostly by fighter pilots which will help them to avoid being caught on radar. However this according to some this is dangerous and cannot be done by a commercial jet pilot and needs to have military fighter jet training.
So if the plane did travel at 1500m then did the pilots have such an ability to keep the plane as low as that, or were there people in the flight that had knowledge to do so? because this is something not everyone can easily get because it will take some training to fly a fighter jet.
The second interesting theory is that there has been another Boeing 777 flight near the MH370 flight when it disappeared. Which according to one expert the MH370 might have traveled under the shadow of the 2nd Boeing 777 to avoid being detected by radar.
So if this is possible then this raises the problem of security, what if the MH370 could have traveled like that under a shadow of another Boeing 777 undetected and made an attack like in 9/11 or what if the similar method will be used for a terror attack by the people who’s keeping MH370 hostage?
However looking at these two theories one thing is for sure, if it was an hijack it must have been planned for a long time, maybe years because the hijacking and navigating a plane in such a way needs a very good pre-planning and practicing and must have nerves of steel. And might had help from people at the ground which means quite a number of people must have been involved in doing such a thing.
Although as good as they sound there are things that doesn’t fit in to this story. If the pilot and co-pilot never asked to put on duty on the flight how can both the pilots involve in such a thing? Because there should be at least 3,4 people needed to do such a hijacking.
The third theory is a fire at the cabin, and the transponder went off because of the fire and the events followed that made the plane to crash fits with my earlier post, which is I still believe. That the flight transponder went off due to a mechanical problem and the events that followed due to mechanical failure made the pilot to change the direction in order to land at the nearest airport and the flight crashed somewhere along the way.
If the plane was hijacked by now why no one is claiming responsibility and why no ransom demands? Are the people keeping the plane going to fill it up with explosives and do something like 9/11?
This might be far fetched but what about the possibility the hijackers intercepting the flight while the flight was in mid air? However the more time it takes the less chance it will be of finding the people alive.
Finally isn’t there any crowed sourcing going online to find the missing plane?
